Rain all day

GREAT NEWS! 1st trip is officially booked for March 5-7 to Edinburgh, Scotland! We are traveling with school and staying in a B&B. The cost was only £110 and included the travel and accomodation. Other than that we are on our own but I am very excited something is planned. We tried booking the trip on our own but the cost of travel was coming up to approx £90; so we are saving a lot of money.

This week a group called RAG (Raising & Giving) is having all sorts of fundraisers and last night [Mon 15 Feb] was the pub crawl through town. It was a lot of fun and for a Monday night everything was very busy! Started off at 8p at the pub on campus, Chancellor's, and ended up at a club in town, called Dusk; then ended up getting home around 3a. They have other events this week including tomorrow night's Disco Headphones @ Citrus (club on campus), where apparently you wear headphones while listening to music & have the option of 2 different stations, and if you take off the headphones you can't hear anything anymore. Should be an interesting experience. Then thursday we are watching the hangover and Friday is a beer festival at Rubix in the afternoon. This weekend, we don't have anything planned just yet but probably heading back into London b/c Jenn has a friend coming into town.

After a rough nights sleep I woke up this morning and had pancakes today to celebrate PANCAKE TUESDAY. Then went to the library to print off notes before class, and was the most difficult thing to figure out, and still was not able to print off all my notes. Luckily we get 500 free pages to print during the semester. Then had class, which is the worst architectural set up ever! After class we went to TGI Fridays for dinner which was actually very good and the menu was very similar. Now just taking it easy tonight especially with a 9a class tomorrow, but its my favorite class of the week so no big deal. Then after class hopefully another trip will be getting booked.

Before I leave you this evening let me tell you about the last day of RAG week. Sat Feb 20th 2 of my flatmates, Ben & Alex, will be participating in Jailbreak. It is basically a fundraiser and the concept is how far away from the university campus they can get as possible in 24 hours without spending their own money.
